What types of space do we list?
Serviced offices
Fully furnished, move-in ready spaces available on short or rolling terms. Typically offered with all-inclusive pricing (covering rent, utilities, internet, cleaning, and reception), these spaces appeal to small teams, project offices, and fast-growing businesses.
Managed workspaces
Self-contained offices or floors delivered fully fitted and managed by the operator. Often offered with more privacy and branding flexibility than traditional serviced space, but with similar ease of setup.
We help market these to larger teams and businesses seeking autonomy without taking on a traditional lease.
CAT A+
Fitted workspace (often with lighting, flooring, meeting rooms, and kitchen points) that bridges the gap between traditional leases and plug-and-play solutions.
We position these to occupiers who want to avoid capex but still tailor their space — often corporate, professional, or tech clients with specific layout needs.
Coworking space
From hot desks and dedicated desks to part-time memberships and day passes, we list a variety of coworking models that suit freelancers, remote workers, and startups.
