About this workspace

New Times Plaza positions your team in the Shekou waterfront of Nanshan, a well-known business pocket of Shenzhen. Close to the bay, the tower suits organisations across tech, finance, and logistics, with shops and daily services nearby. As a result, teams can meet clients, host sessions, and access amenities without losing time in transit. Inside, flexible private offices, coworking areas, and furnished meeting rooms come supported by fast Wi‑Fi, business-class printers, and attentive on-site staff. In addition, breakout areas, phone booths, and a wellness room provide quieter space, while an on-site café, event space, and snack bar keep days balanced. Bike storage, showers, and recreational games support active commutes and easy breaks between meetings. Sea World Station on Lines 2 and 12 is a short walk, offering quick links across Nanshan and toward Futian. Meanwhile, local buses and main roads link to Shekou Port and the wider city, with parking available nearby. Therefore, commuting works for both public transport users and drivers alike. Sea World Plaza and the waterfront promenade offer lunch spots, client-friendly cafés, and after-work options within a few minutes’ walk. Furthermore, nearby green spaces and coastal paths add easy ways to reset between meetings and calls. New Times Plaza offers a well-connected base for teams in Shenzhen.
