Limerick offers good serviced supply around the CBD and the National Technology Park, serving its engineering and medtech occupiers at pricing below Dublin. Waterford, Kilkenny and Drogheda round out the national market, where smaller pools and emerging hybrid-model operators serve startup and SME demand.

The product is used by professional services firms, technology companies, financial services occupiers, SMEs and international businesses establishing Irish operations, many choosing serviced space for rapid market entry without capital commitment.
